Part of Complete Aircraft Group of companies, Aerocare Aviation Services Ltd. is an established MRO Part 145 provider, offering comprehensive quality and breadth of service.

Our highly skilled OEM trained team have an unrivalled in-house capability, providing maintenance and repair, modifications, interior refurbishment, aircraft paint and electrical component manufacture. Aerocare’s reliable and experienced engineers provide an exceptional quality of service and excellent support services both at base, and through our dedicated and professional AOG rapid response team.

Products and Services

Maintenance

Our approved Part 145 maintenance facilities carry out base and line maintenance repair, structural repairs and AOG support. We provide specialist services in maintenance, repair, overhaul and modifications to meet our corporate and private customer’s diverse needs.

Paint

We pride ourselves on being one of Europe’s state- of-the-art facilities for the business aviation industry. Our team offer a bespoke paint service from custom designs to current factory paint schemes, registration number changes, refreshes, and touch ups to both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft in our modern paint facility.
The facility was designed with the environment in mind meeting all latest environmental standards.

Interior Refurbishment

With extensive in-house capabilities and an experienced trim team, we provide comprehensive interior solutions. From complete cabin refurbishments to cabin upgrades and modifications, our skilled team design and produce nearly every item in-house for a handcrafted, customized finish of the highest quality.

AOG and Field Repairs

Our AOG and line maintenance support is available to customers throughout the EMEA region and beyond. Our dedicated engineers, working to a “Rapid Response” maxim, provide technical services, diagnostic support and component replacement to recover your aircraft so it’s flight ready. We have a van stationed at Hawarden Airport and are near to launching a line station in Farnborough.

We have extensive capability and expertise in major field repairs including recent events in Finland, Greenland, South Africa, and Georgia.

Avionic Upgrades

Our Avionic capability extends from electrical sub assembly to cabin technology modifications, glass cockpit conversions and mandatory Avionic upgrades.

We are currently one of Collins Aerospace leading providers of avionics upgrades in Europe.

Special Mission

We offer full spectrum special missions’ modifications to provide customers with well- managed, confidential, and low risk solutions. Aerocare is a highly experienced tactical aircraft modification company.
