Material Supply

Aermach specialises in the sourcing, provision and supply of high quality used serviceable material (USM) for airlines, MRO’s and various stockists around the globe. The use of USM, allows our customers to reduce their cost exposure and enjoy maximum savings. We provide material with all appropriate certifications, repaired by professionals at high quality facilities.

Engine Management

Our engine management services are aimed at saving customers time and money. With our in-house expertise we can examine each shop visit to minimize the engine shop visit cost. The service is customised and tailored for each customer. AerMach will provide aid with work scope planning, MRO identification and selection, contract negotiation, table inspection and technical management throughout the shop visit. AerMach will represent our customers at test cell, ensuring the engine meets contractual parameters in addition to satisfying a post-test BSI prior being released to service. Once the shop visit is complete, AerMach will review all post shop visit paperwork and conduct an invoice review. AerMach will also provide any scrap replacement material that is required.

Material Recovery

The AerMach material recovery programme is designed to create an additional revenue stream through the repair of post shop visit unserviceable material that would ultimately be scrapped by the MRO. These can be managed via consignment or any other commercial agreement.

Technical Records Review and B2B document Recovery

AerMach has expanded its services and specialises in the review and recovery of technical documentation and BTB trace.
AerMach has a trusted network with the aim of source missing technical documentation. If discrepancies are identified, AerMach aims to correct discrepant paperwork, locate facets of BTB (i.e NIS, LSV, on/off Logs), and ensure the documents are adequately presented to ensure resale / purchase.
